Serial leaker evleaks sent out a tweet showing the About Device Screen for the SM-N9005, which is the version of the Samsung Galaxy Note III that offers LTE connectivity. In the tweet, evleaks also posted an AnTuTu benchmark score for the phablet, which will run Android 4.3. According to the tweet, a quad-core processor is under the hood (Qualcomm Snapdragon 800?), and unlike previous reports that said to expect 3GB of RAM on the handset, evleaks says that the Samsung Galaxy Note III will sport 2.5GB of the stuff. The screen’s resolution will be 1080 x 1920, also known as FHD.

The buzz around the water cooler is that one of the two Galaxy Note III models will have an AMOLED screen with a 13MP camera while the cheaper variant will have LCD glass and an 8MP rear shooter. Both variants will have a 5.68 inch display and will offer the same S Pen features seen on the first two models of the Galaxy Note.

On Wednesday, Samsung will introduce the Samsung Galaxy Note III along with the Samsung Galaxy Gear smart watch. Also on September 4th, we should see Sony unveil the Sony Xperia Z1 and the Smart Shot interchangeable camera lens. There is also the new ASUS Transformer Pad set for introduction on September 4th, so keep your eyes right here for the latest news on the devices that you care about.
